get around much). I'm just trying to get you there too, in at least an intellectual 'state of mind' way.

"Lately, digital photography and photoshop manipulation enables the artist tools never seen before for creating great imagery. But
it turns out that it is easy to lie about the world with these tools. So even though I use these tools regularly to create art in other categories,
I want to keep my landscape and nature point of view close to being a 'recording of reality'. Why? Because I think a lot of the
power of photographic art lies in its one to one relationship with things that actually exist in the world. This brings knowledge
of the world to the viewer, instead of only knowledge of the inside of the artist's brain."
